  There is no pre-concieved criteria. Are you a beautiful neurotic mess? Do colours and sounds sometimes switch their respective sensory positions? Are dreams sometimes more important to you than reality.

  Full of contradictions - it is the one thing I see in myself & all other Aquarians I have met.
  Happy but Melancholy
  Sleep & dream for the world but always busy
  Loving but always wanting freedom & indepence
  Always controversial but (often) enjoys traditional (ie marriage)
  Very open minded & into humanity & humanitarian causes.
  Frankly we are all a bit crazy - and I do include myself in this :-D
